Prepare a complete identity pack
Supply editable logo artwork, usage permission, colours and placement preferences. Distinguish centre-cap artwork, permanent product identification and outer packaging. They have different constraints; ask which options can be supported on the specific product.
Keep required identification separate from decorative branding. Marking requirements for the target market need appropriate review; a logo does not establish product approval.
Approve the sample and retain the record
Define the model revision, finish reference, approved artwork and packaging proof together. Record what the sample approval covers and any exceptions. Agree how changes will be reviewed before the next order.
Plan repeat orders and ownership
Maintain a controlled assortment list: model, variant, finish, cap, packaging revision and quantity. Agree design ownership, artwork use, confidentiality and tooling arrangements in writing. Ask how a discontinued finish or component would be handled. There is no general private-label MOQ or guaranteed reorder interval on this page.
